This website (https://www.iblum.co/) is operated by Devhaus Technologies Inc. doing business as iBlum Learning Company. We are located at Suite 5300, TD Bank Tower, Box 48, 66 Wellington Street West, Toronto, Ontario M5K 1E6.

We have appointed a Privacy Officer who is accountable for our personal information handling practices. Our Privacy Officer is Ted Crysler. If you have a question or complaint about our personal information handling practices, please contact us by emailing privacy@devhaus.com.

In this Privacy Notice, the terms “we”, “our” and “us” mean iBlum Learning Company.

This Privacy Notice governs our practices with respect to personal information we collect through this website and online applications. Our compliance rules follow Canadian data laws and guidelines.

3. What Personal Information Do We Collect?

Personal information is information that identifies you or could be combined by us or our service providers and affiliates with other information to identify you. This information includes your personal e-mail address, your home address, your home telephone number, your personal cellphone number, your image, and may include your age, date of birth, credit card information, your income and other similar information when associated with you. Personal information may also be information containing details as to how you have used our website and usage patterns, if we can associate that personal information with you. If you are a business customer or prospective business customer, personal information does not include your title, business address and business telephone number when we use that information to contact you in your business capacity.

We maintain a records retention and destruction programme to destroy information when it is no longer needed or required. If you wish your personal information to be deleted, you may contact our Privacy Officer.

We also ask for your consent to use any personal information collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy at the time of login or access to our website. If you do not wish to provide us with your consent at the time of login or access, you cannot agree to the Terms and Conditions and must not use the website.

This includes limiting access of employees to, and the use of, your personal information through the use of passwords and graduated levels of clearance. We do not publish all of our security measures online because this may reduce their effectiveness.

We provide our personnel with training about data security and privacy, and we require all our employees and contractors to comply with this Privacy Policy and their obligations of confidentiality. We will take appropriate actions to address breaches by employees and contractors of the obligations imposed by this Privacy Policy.

Although we take precautions against possible breaches of our security systems, no company can fully eliminate the risks of unauthorised access to your personal information and no website is completely secure. While we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access, hacking, data loss or breaches of our security systems will never occur, we will inform you promptly if that should happen along with remedial actions taken by us.

Your personal information may also be used by our service providers and our corporate affiliates outside of Canada. Your personal information is processed and stored in AWS facilities located in the EU and subject to a data processing agreement in accordance with GDPR requirements. No data is shared with any person outside the EU.

For US citizens:

Your personal information is processed and stored in AWS facilities located in the United States. No data is shared with any person outside the United States. No data is sold to any person in accordance with the terms of the CCPA.

14. Revision of Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change, modify, or revise this Privacy Policy in order to comply with any applicable laws, to reflect changes in our processes or for any other reason at any time. By accessing our website, you consent to the terms under which we process your information set out in this Privacy Policy, including any amendment to this Privacy Policy. Revisions of this Privacy Policy will be published on our website.
