This website (https://www.iblum.co/) is operated by Devhaus Technologies Inc. doing business as iBlum Learning Company. We are located at Suite 5300, TD Bank Tower, Box 48, 66 Wellington Street West, Toronto, Ontario M5K 1E6.
We have appointed a Privacy Officer who is accountable for our personal information handling practices. Our Privacy Officer is Ted Crysler. If you have a question or complaint about our personal information handling practices, please contact us by emailing privacy@devhaus.com.

We do not publish all of our security measures online because this may reduce their effectiveness.
We provide our personnel with training about data security and privacy, and we require all our employees and contractors to comply with this Privacy Policy and their obligations of confidentiality. We will take appropriate actions to address breaches by employees and contractors of the obligations imposed by this Privacy Policy.

Your personal information is processed and stored in AWS facilities located in the United States. No data is shared with any person outside the United States. No data is sold to any person in accordance with the terms of the CCPA.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or revise this Privacy Policy in order to comply with any applicable laws, to reflect changes in our processes or for any other reason at any time. By accessing our website, you consent to the terms under which we process your information set out in this Privacy Policy, including any amendment to this Privacy Policy.
